SHUTS OFF & 2 BLINKING ORANGE LIGHTS, NO BATTERY.

My Laptop shuts off sometimes & 1White Light with Two orange blinking lights.
I have No Battery connected.

Well that sucks, that little error code means a CPU failure is imminent,
To test this theory:
Unplug system, remove base cover and disconnect the battery. Hold the power button for 30 sec. Remove and reinstall both memory modules. Reconnect the battery and power up again - if the error persists, the CPU is indeed bad. It's not replaceable -- you'll need to replace the entire system board (the CPU is soldered to the mainboard).

Yep, its the only thing I can think of, I hope im wrong,
but there is only one way to check it out.
