Not really sure how to explain this, since it's a rare release, and a import, but after trying it for a lil bit, not bad.

I haven't even seen a VITA before except from the pictures you have put up,
Is the gameplay any better than the psp?

Vita has decent gameplay for many titles, good gernes too, like Gravity Rush u once brought up, one of the best titles for vita, takes looking around and watching some gameplays.
Also vita has good feature like trophies, online, voice chat, online multiplayer for some games. The device is dead/ended but it still has a decent community.
