MW3 progress completely lost.. any way I can get it back?

Just played a hacked Infected game and everything is gone. I really loved my title and emblem combo (Surgical and the rainbow unicorn) and am pretty gutted that everything is gone.

So my question is: is there any way to get my account back to what it used to be?
