Thought I may as well update this now. I advise against changing the machine GUID because it is used by several non-flight sim programs with authentication too.
For the newer simMarket installers, typically late 2016 and later, the Generation 4 keygen is what you need. There is no backwards compatibility, so for the older installers use the Gen 1-3 keygen
