I did watch it last night & it's bad but not just because it's bad but because I think it was done out of Protest.
Watching it if you listen & there's many digs at Warner Bros.
This line in particular.
"Things have changed, the market's tough. I'm sure you can understand why our beloved parent company Warner Bros. has decided to make a sequel to the trilogy," Groff's Smith tells him. "They informed me they're going to do it with or without us."

It's very out there like the director didn't wanna do it, didn't want a sequel to be done but WB wanted it just cause.
Give it a watch & listen closely to it.

Yea that's what I got from this one, Imean I think it holds true cause film IPs & how studios hold the rights & stuff.
And if creators of that property don't make so many sequels to whatever film within a certain time, then the studio gets it & does whatever.
So it's like you have to make sequels otherwise the studio gets it & make whatever they want with it.
