CLOUDFLARE ?

It won’t actually speed up a connection, and for very many people it will slow down web page loading times as the Cloudflare DNS server is in Australia and the majority of Internet users are not.
Google DNS servers on 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 may be a better option for some people.

If you are streaming movies and keep getting buffering, then changing the DNS will make absolutely no difference. This is when a faster Internet connection is required to overcome buffering, and this cannot be achieved by a change of DNS.

You might wanna check into https://www.opennic.org/ for a better DNS source.
I tried the google DNS & it didn't increase anything for my PS3, what did was 208. & the 1.1.1.1

208 is actually recommended to increase connection speed for the PS4.

Using those the connection speed download mbps increased by alot, but as people say it may vary or not change at all. That said i tried 208 & 1.1.1.1 on my 360 & nothing.

When Ya got the tools, ya got the talent, & the freedom.
The reason one draws stuff like this is because they can.
