I've uninstalled it & ran scans with no issues of viruses or malware popping up, I don't know what files would be effected or related to it though so I can't say there's been anything lose cause I haven't noticed anything missing yet.
I did a restore & the NetGroup Packet Filter has been there awhile since Jan 4th, that's the restore point I went back to.
I ran scans from essentials, system care, AVG, & still had no issues show up.
It was Driver Booster 9 how I saw the error, & yesterday before I uninstalled it after running the system clearer, etc, & after I unstalled it, even today I don't see the error anymore.

So ya think the NetGroup Packet Filter Driver was some BS thing that hitch hiked on some random Malware that just didn't make it but that did maybe?
