For those of you confused, you can pay Microsoft $19.00 to enter Dev mode on your Xbox One console and sideload apps and games. My personal favorite is Retroarch and PPSSPP. Yes you can play old PS1 and PSP games on an Xbox One. Yeah I know, weird.
