Momma duke finally got a job placement that she wanted, don't have to pay 1,000 anymore, thank God.
Anyway, there's this thing about an autism child that I be hearing about (example) as in the child can't talk but screams and run around slot, Basically distracted, an low attendance span. How do y'all deal with that...

Autism is nasty and it affects people in many ways.
first realize it isn't their fault nor intention to make you feel uncomfortable and scared, most times they have the set mentality of a very very young child,
so the patience you show a child is about the same if not more for an autistic adult,
I have actually worked with Adult's with autism and found them fun and awesome to work with,
also gotten into some scrappings with people that make fun of those with autism.
I really like standing up for those that cant defend themselves, Bully the Bully's I like to say :punk:

Hmmm, mother seems to be rather bother by it, that she already don't like her site, she can't wait to transfer, but that'll be next school year.

Dont ya hate it when people complain about a job they didn't have three months ago and needed badly, now they cant wait to quit or move somewhere else.

Believe me I complain to, but I still do it, I'm tired almost, and I'm standing pushing boxes through a lil tap machine, the amount of assembly lines this peak is kinda accurate though, box are getting done, but sometimes there's always something extra I have to do, just damn, can't leave the building.

And moving is another thing, one environment to another, that costs, it's alot of money, and momma duke gotta start over from scratch, not a good mix up..

I just be liking the money really.
My workplace as this thing about Shift pay/regular, Shift Extra, Shift OVT, for 2nd, no third shift.

Shift regular: $15.45 an hour
Shift Extra: $16.46 an hour
Shift OVT: $15.45 + half of that, an hour, same with holiday pay.

But still job ain't perfect, it's just less cold than blue aprons, especially after drinking some coffee before work. Hours determines the work, every label has to be done..

Huh, iight but still it's peak season, days like Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the order # is high but the amount of assembly lines is accurate but still rack up hella hours.
Remember I work in a freezer. HelloFresh, it's just the cold is light, compare to blue apron, I know how to dress warm, even drink coffee, it's like my body heat be up there, everyday it's just exhausting, and I have to get use to Mondays and Tuesdays off now, ass schedule.

Damn, what a rough week, especially for weekends, can't wait until another 2 days off looks like another decent check will come, but i hope taxes don't do me too dirty.
Also my oldest sis recently got out the hospital after a chest/throat tube treatment, and she's okay now, such a blessing.
