Was trying to watch Venom on the ps3,
and got this stoopid error..

Quote:Do not adjust the playback volume. The content being played is protected by Cinavia™and is not authorized for playback on this device."
and that other one,
"Playback stopped. The content being played is protected by Cinavia™ and is not authorized for playback on this device

I tried all the tricks except turning it off at the router, which is a tricky little bastard that i dont even wanna fuck with.

wonder if there was a way that when its converted to mp4 it loses that protection.

That always happens bruh, it's just no way of getting that shit off unless there was a way to jailbreak the ps3.
Watching a movie on ps3 without that problem is rare, that message never pops on handheld...

Reason being is it was ripped from a DVD that had the protection written into the movie,

like i said, wish there was a way to deactivate that thru conversion.
