Installation procedure
I got it working but didn't need to drag the SetScenery.exe onto the JFLoader.exe, just execute SetScenery.exe and continue with the installation
So:
1. Drag Setup.exe onto JFLoader.exe
2. Select language and press OK
3. go to your %TEMP% folder and look for latest created folder with a long [XXXXXXXXXXX] name
4. Open the folder in there
5. Exexute SetScenery.exe, it says Unable to Open scnery.cfg, but you can continue with the installation!

This solution works:

To install this bird:
1. Run setup with usual accountx.dll substitution. It ends with message like "Setup has encountered an authentication problem and will now exit..."
2. Run regedit. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Mastertronic\Support\Products\146 Professional. Look for 'Installation' value (something like "89ABCDEF")
3. Make new registry entry (change YOUR_INSTALLATION_VALUE to yours):
