OFFICIAL SUPPORT ISN'T VERY SUPPORTIVE
#1
OMG What the smurf!?

Why is it when you have a technical issue & visit official support committees for help, they aren't very helpful!
I go to an Official Support Community for a solution in fixing a problem, so I post a thread & their biggest thing ISN'T recreating the problem, but asking me to go into my settings & flip on & off a few options THEN go back & tell them which one fixed the issue.

I'm like what the heck do I need any of you for If I have to look for the cause & fix it myself!!!!
My entire reasoning for going to an Official Support Community is to ask for help & get real Geeks behind the scenes asking me to step by explain the situation so they can attempt to re-create my issue then telling me it's either this or that, or make educated guesses on possible causes.

Not give me an underline responce of "Hey why don't ya flip a few options & see what happens, then tell us how it goes."
Basically solving my own problem & then giving them the answer.

WITH SUGGESTIONS LIKE THAT HOW THE SMURF ARE THEY CALLING THEMSELVES EXPERTS!

Screw realism.
Screw being practical.
Screw representation.
Screw Woke/PC BS.

When Ya got the tools, ya got the talent, & the freedom.
The reason one draws stuff like this is because they can.
