Talking shit behind back...

Yesterday at work, 2 people that I worked tells me that my own line leader talked shit about me, as I took a lil bathroom break. She saying I can do all this dancing shit but I can't close box liners and drop recipe cards. As a media picker I shouldn't have to do anything extra. Friday Night I caught almost or just about 10 errors straight on the line, but I guess that doesn't mean anything. Hearing shit like that, I don't even know how I should feel, just because I played a lil, I still keep my focus up...
Most people I meet is just lazy in a way, but i guess this is something that everybody does....

Sir, that kind of shit is called workplace bullying, and I have vast experience in it.
when a super starts talking shit about you behind yer back, confront as gently as possible, dont rat those out who helped you out by accident either, ask the supervisor if they can do better, if they say they can,ask them to show you how instead of talking the smak,

Make them help you to help the company, make them FEEL like a mentor or teacher and make them FEEL like you look up to them..if they continue to talk smak..go to the big boss and say that you asked her to help you out and all she did was laugh at you..that'll get the ball rollin.
besides,after work its all gravy, ignore them if you want..but on company time everyone needs to stick together like a Team should.

I feel everybody do this shit, it's okay at the end of the day, I just go to work to make the money, I may goof out sometimes but I still stay focus u know, I try to make work fun, not take it that serious, I be catching errors and to me that means something...
