Im getting a team together for maybe helping this place to grow,
I have run very large forums before and it wasn't too much fun, I like the small group where we know each other and enjoy the company,
but I have been getting enlistments on a weekly basis, maybe I have no choice but to grow, so if it happens I want to have my team already set and knowing what to do and look out for.

All you really gotta do is keep a close eye on things. Make sure posts are in the right sub forums, make sure no one is being a cunt, etc. Its not as hard as you think.
